Thanks, my sinuses have been horrible from pregnancy.

I never had edamame. That I know of...sounds good.

soybeans steamed and some sea salt usually added for flavor. OMG better than potato chips! I can eat the entire frozen bags to myself they're so addicting!!! You don't eat the whole thing though like a green bean.... You kinda suck on it and "pull" the beans out with your teeth and eat them instead and toss the "shell" of the soybean. Sooo sooo good! Idk which grocery store here carries them but they've gotten quite popular finally! It's either walmart or kroger.

I read that you can eat the outside so I tried once. Could not chew that thing for the life of me haha
