Photo help PLEASE!

I just paid someone on here to do an invite for me. It turned out awesome, I love it, yada yada. However, I let it be up to her about 5x7 or 4x6 and she did 5x7. Again, no big deal. I probably prefer the 5x7 anyway.

Here's the problem. 5x7's are $1.99 EACH to print. WTF?! While the 4x6 are $.19. That's right. 19 CENTS a peice.

So, will my 5x7 look smurfed up if I get it in a 4x6? I really can't pay $30 for 15 invites when I could be paying $3.00. She's not on for me to ask her to fix it or what to do, so I am asking all of you!

Hey! Did you resize it or just crop it? I just got them printed and parts are cut off, and I wasn't sure if that's just how it was made, or it can't be resized at all, or if it was just cropped?

I resized it to 4x6.
