Wow what a dick. Sorry but why does he gets exclusive baby naming rights without taking your thoughts into consideration?

Yeah someone definitely has a majority complex. You said that when you picked the names he got to approve of them; why do you not get that same right?

Hmm I dont know, thats a good question, I did give him a choice out of a few names I liked, even though he did not 'love' any of them, he still got to help with the other babies, I did not get to help him at all with this one, and every time I would throw something out there he shot it down...I guess I kinda gave up, I was trying to make him feel special, people dont bother him about the name, his family in particular, asked me why I 'let' him do that, but then told him it was a great name, 'strong' even...

I actually think the name Legend is pretty cool for a boy!

I have a 3 month old daughter and we named her Sepphiria Jade Raine... We made Sepphiria (pronounced: sef-fear-E-Uh) up, and we started with Saphira.

If you find a name you like, see if you can add to it or change it just a bit.

O.o

That definitely would be read as Sep fear e uh, or sep fureye uh

Yeah. Two "p"s and an "h" would never make the "f" sound. Ever.

It's quite obvious that you made it up and have no understanding of basic pronounciation

Names shouldn't look like you just vomited alphabet soup. It makes you look ignorant, and illiterate.

Honestly, I wouldn't even blink if I came across Legend - so many words are being used for names these days, I don't really mind it, I like a lot of them myself, but Legend feels really cheese.

Try nameberry.com - the forums are a great help.

My kids don't necessarily have unique names, but they are not very common names.

sapphire.... isn't that saf-fire? just curious is all.

legend isn't as bad as everything else ppl toss around, esp. celebrities. I prefer leland though. everyone will have an opinion when it comes to baby names. its not like you're naming him soda pop.. saw that somewhere. weird.
