I got a Diaper Genie. I loved it. Sometimes they have explosions the garbage can't handle and the pail keeps the smell in. It doesn't hold a whole lot of diapers at 1 time, but you twist and tie the bags and put them in your regular can when it gets full.

We have an Arm&Hammer one and love it! It holds a pretty decent amount of diapers per bag and the beg snaps shut when you take it out so you can throw it in your regular trash without it smelling.

I got one as a gift, and I used it for maybe the first 4 months. I didn't need to though. Now I just throw her diapers in the trash since they don't really smell. I breastfeed though - I don't know if that makes a difference in the smell of the poo or not lol

It sure does IMO lol especially when you get to solids and stuff lol

I have a diaper genie and use regular trash bags in it, it holds in most of the smell, but probably not as much as if I would've used the diaper genie refills - but they're expensive!! I would definately recommend one!

I have the baby trend one. I love it cause it's cute! my favorite color (pink) but I have a boy heh.. it doesn't really hold much but around 20? Yes, there was no smell. Still no smell yet. I still use it. I got it for about .. 2.5 months now. My LO is 5 months.

Oh and yes, BF babies poop is much sweeter smelling
