is your ex even trying to get help for this?

I definitely wouldn't let him see my child. Especially if he is saying things like that. It's so sad that no one is taking you or your son seriously. I'm sorry you & your LO are going through all of this.  

I just have no money and his family has lots of him. When I went into my depression I left my son on the weekends to, "escape reality" his family claimed I neglected my son. What about your son doing heroin with my son around? Mind you after I found out about his drug use he only had visitation with me around. O his parents, but now they are on his side and claime he would never do such a thing.

I feel like their money is an advantage especially since no one is taking me seriously. It took so much for me to finally tree ll someone. I was embarrassed and scared and confused and now no one cares

I also meant to ask, did you make a police report of the images on the computer? If he requests rights through the courts you are going to have a very very hard time if there is no police record of past events. You may just want to start proceedings on statutory rape before the limitation is up to safeguard your son if there is no other hard evidence!

That's the only reason I want to use that against him, because I feel like that's all I have. I reported everything at the same time. Like I said, he convinced me it wasn't his and made me feel like I was crazy. He was very manipulative and my son telling me about h I'm taking pictures was my last straw. I have felt guilt and shame, trust me... its just hard when no one is on my side.

Just wanted to pop in and say when I went to court for custody with my ex I also had NO money and he had a lawyer. I settled in mediation thankfully. I will say it's.difficult becaise.people claim.there are free organizations for.legal help and such but around here there wasn't anything in terms of finding a lawyer.

Do it while you still have the chance to! I know how you feel, luckily I had some brass balls when I found out about my ex husband and called his CO as soon as I saw the smurf in the computer.
