would like to help a friend with ttc info

She has been officially TTC for about 2 or 3 months now. I have never had a problem getting pregnant. Does anyone have any good info and tips I could give her??

I personally have found that the more you obsess about your cervival mucus, ovulation, and bbt. The more stressed out I was and I never got pregnant till I just didnt think about it or care.
However OPK's are good to find out if and when you ovulate without being too much to stress you out.

I'm totally new to the terms of TTC lol what does opk mean? She was using the app to try and figure out when she was ovulating so I don't think she actually knows how to tell from her body.

Tell her not to try and just do.
The more you try (charting, tracking, etc) the more stressed you get and the less likely it is to happen. The more you just do, it's more fun and you're more relaxed and it will happen.

She's doing the not tracking thing now but u still kind of do it without really realizing it in a way.
