USPS problem =(

Ive never ever had a problem with my packages not getting where they needed to go ever. I sent my sister something i put a DC# on it like always and it said the package of delivered two days after i ship. 8 days later she still hasnt receive her stuff =( I called USPS and they opening a case for me. My question is what happens next? What if they dont find the package?

Unless you had insurance, you're pretty much SOL if they don't find it.

Once in a while, they do find it.

I had one that was lost in USPS fantasyland for 3 weeks and eventually turned up and was delivered.

I do a lot of online sales and one thing I suggest to people when their DC # says "delivered" and they didn't get it is: check with neighbors, see if it was delivered to someone else by mistake or ask family members if they picked up the mail and forgot to give it to her.
