embarrassing

So I had a coughing spree today, couldn't stop coughing...and all of a sudden...I peed - in my pants - everywhere. I have had 2 kids, I am used to tinkling a little after coughs, sneezes, laughs, etc but omg, it was like twice as much and it was so embarrassing. *sigh* the joys of pregnancy....

Was it in private at least? If it was just be grateful for that.

This happened to me and I thought my waters had gone so I called my mum up panicking, only to realize it was in fact pee... Cringe.

I sneezed the other day & tinkled a little.  

My bladder control is, well, pretty much non-exsistant this pregnancy.

Definitely know how this is !! The other day at work I sneezed and peed... was lovely had to ask my manager if i could drive home really quick.. lol
