Aw, thanks.

I just never really think I'm teaching because it's throw play. But when it comes to the harder things I run out of creative ideas to keep him interested.

I like the phone number idea. We've started trying to get him to understand me and Daddy's real name in case of emergency they know who to contact. Most of the time he just says Daddy MacDonald or Mommy MacDonald. LOL

The states? My parents bought me a huge USA puzzle and I learned the states and most capitals quickly

I'm working with my 2 year old on the alphabet and writing.

I actually saw something on Pinterest about learning the states while eating breakfast! It's a really cool game and they learn without even knowing.

When DD turned 3 I taught her to count to 31 because that's how many days are in some months. She knew the days of the week in French and English. She could count to 10 in French.
She knew all her letter friends (Anne apple she says Ah).
I taught her patterns (ABABABAB) we used colors, shapes, letters, and numbers in patterns.
We learned about animals on the farm and their duities.
I taught her lots of songs because we love to sing. Lol
