Simple Layout Please? :)

I just want a real simple layout. GIMP is having a fit on my laptop so I can't make one myself. If you can help me out post a link to your kits.   TIA!

I'd do it for you if I could get my stupid gimp to work! lol I hate it because I'm addicted to making stuff & then all of the sudden it stopped working.
