Does anyone else have a partner/DH/SO that is really quiet during sex or anything else intimate?

My Fiance enjoys the sex we have, but hardly ever moans or gets rowdy, which is a shame because when he moans it really gets me going.
I have talked to him about it, and he says he doessn't realise ans that he feels a little awkward making noise, like he thinks someone will hear or something lol.
