Quoting K&T:" I would go to your doctor and ask him what you can handle and what you cannot handle. If you can't do ... [snip!] ... going to be used to it, and it 's going to become less effective. Like I said, go talk to a doctor and see what he/she thinks. "My doctor told me 30minutes 3 times a week. And nothing intense. No running or jogging. Hes already had to double my BP medicine since the birth of my daughter. I only drink water and some juice because I am EPing. No sodas and I must maintain a low sodium diet. Eating this way has helped me lose some weight. I lost my pregnancy weight (35lbs) and an extra 25lbs. But I have a long way to go. I have some 5lb weights, but that's all the exercising stuff I have.

Quoting K&T:" That sucks, I don't really know what to tell you. It's not impossible, but it is going to be hard to ... [snip!] ... lot easier to get the weight off walking, but if you are closer to an average build it's going to be much harder. Good luck! "I'm far from average. All together I have another 150lbs to lose, :/ I just need to get my BP back to normal so I can get back to the gym. Once my daughter turns 6 months she can be in the gym day care. It would be so much easier, I know. I'll just start walking and hope for the best! Thanks for the help.
