Did they do a CBC (complete blood count)? How's your hemoglobin/hematocrit? A lot of your symptoms could indicate anemia.

That always happened to me too   I have all the symptoms of thyroid issues but they always come back normal. My dr had me going for bloodwork once a month to see if I had a thing where your thyroid goes in spurts. Maybe you could have something like that?

I never got to see my results(I should have asked.), but I have the EXACT same symptoms as you. And my blood work came back good. :S
They think I have depression, I don't think so. Meh.

You may have thyroid disease, it can take quite some time for it to actually show up in bloodwork. My mother has thyroid disease and it was actually years of testing before if finally surfaced. I have also been tested regularly for it as I do believe I have it as well. I am also anemic :/

It's frustrating to not know what's wrong with your body. I hope you get some answers soon. In the meantime, make sure you're eating healthy and exercising.

Normal range for you may not be the normal range for others. I would treat as you having a problem. I have friends who have thyroid problems but test normal.

This could be true also. Like, for example, a normal blood pressure is 120/80, but for some, their 'normal' is higher or lower. Chances are, though, that her doctor isn't going to prescribe Levothyroxine if her levels are within normal range.

True. Aren't there foods that trigger thyroid issues that could be avoided?

I am pretty sure there is, there is also foods to eat that help with it.

OP try taking a Vitamin B complex, with permission from your DR of course, just in-case it inter-fears with your Zoloft. It's supposed to help with anxiety and depression. I've been taking it and I do feel a lot better.
