Started AF this morning.....4 days late  I'm heartbroken and so confused, I feel like TTC is really taking a toll on my body and mind, I'm not going to stop anything from happening this month but I think DH and I are gonna take a break from thinking about it, if we BD during ovulation or not I'm not even going to think about it I need a mental break

Aw I am sorry. Just try to not think about it so much I hear usually that is when it happens, although I can image in being hard to not think about it.

Thanks, It just seems like every month my period gets later and later and harder and heavier, I dont know why TTC does this to your body but I feel like I'm neglecting the child I do have and worrying about the one who doesn't exist yet

thanks that really does mean a lot, it helps knowing others are going through it also but it still seems so unfair, if I have one more family member ask me if I'm pregnant yet I might lose my mind

That is when I took the summer off from ttc. Bc I couldn't take it. I started enjoying life more & forgot about ttc... a wait was lifted when I actually stop letting it drag me down. Hang in there do what's best& I can absolutely relate!
