equate menstrual pills while pregnant?

my friend may be pregnant, she wants to take something for her headache and all she has at the moment is equate menstrual pain relievers. She said a full dose has 60mg of caffeine. but recommended dose is 2 pills. its acetaminophen.

acetaminophen is tylenol so it should be safe. Not so sure about the exact amounts of caffeine while prego, but I always had a cup of coffee in the mornings pregnant or not. Safest bet would be to call her ob and double check.

well, shes not even sure if shes preg yet. but shes trying. i feel like it should be ok. caffeine not the greatest to have while pregnant but alot of people drink alot while pregnant or eat lots of chocolate and stuff and their babies are fine...i think its just the caffeine shes worried about. have her take one pill maybe? and go to the store tomorrow to get tylenol? lol

I just did a quick google search and it said that the pyrilamine (3rd ingredient) isn't safe during pregnancy.
