It's very possible actually. I've owned my own house since I was 23 from my own earnings and wages.  

I posted that after i saw the first few comments which were kind of discouraging. I really appreciate all the good advice, i was just paranoid of being judged because i've been reading posts for a couple days & older mothers were sooooooo* mean/rude to younger mothers just because they were young. Thank you to everyone for the good advice. I just want to be the best mom I can be so I was hestiate to keep putting myself in a situation which someone whom didn't seem to care as much as I did. But it can't hurt to wait a little bit & see if he comes around. My child deserves his/her mom & dad to be together & i want to give them that. So i pray that everything works out for us, i just want my baby to have the best life possible. Again I really appreciate all the nice advice given.

No one on here is mean or rude to young moms in general.

Young, rude, stupid-acting, selfish, ignorant moms who act like their smurf doesn't stink? Yeah they generally get jumped.   You don't seem to be like that, just paranoid.

Why not just not tell anyone how old you are on here? Change your age, never mention it? That way no one will be able to judge you because no one would know?

Wrong. No one here is rude to other mothers "just because they're young". They only get bashed if they're ignorant.

Girl, I'm with you. I do not foresee owning a house in the near future. It's certainly discouraging. My sister and her boyfriend just closed on their house and DH and I have been married for 4 years, have one kid and one on the way. Lol.
