So I have not had AF since I had implanon inserted in January. Well all of a sudden, 10 months later, my body has decided now is a good time for AF to visit, and not only that but accompanied by the most excruciating all over abdominal pains I have ever had.

The part I’m most annoyed about? An old FWB is visiting this weekend, so guaranteed sex. Would have been the first time I’ve been laid in 11 months!

btw I saw your post, and white vinegar does the trick for me. I just use it on a baby wipe, stings like a bitch for a few seconds but almost immediate relief. I dont even bother with over the counter stuff any more.

Thanks! I'll try it out. I got some kefir, which is like thin probiotic yogurt that I'm going to try tonight. I've been drinking it too even though it tastes gross lol. I hope this smurf is GONE by Friday night.
