What's more important? Her being entertained or her being safe?

Also, kids should only have SOFT toys in the car. Everything loose in a vehicle becomes a projectile in a wreck.

And my doctor put my daughter in her seat completely wrong. They aren't certified. I suggest you watch some videos on youtube. I guarantee you're probably doing it wrong. She should not be able to "wiggle" her arms out if you're doing it right. Believe me, my daughter has tried when she was pissed off at me. There's no way.

Lol oh yah, I didn't even watch the video, I just knew I'd heard of that thing before. Oops. But I agree, if she's put in with properly positioned and tightened straps, there should be no room to "wiggle out"... or I'd start pulling over every time she starts trying to escape and letting her know the car doesn't run unless everyone is buckled in properly... I've heard of that working before for parents whose kids figure out how to unbuckle the chest clip.

Okay ill see what i can do and ill later take a picyure of how shes strapped and maybe you can point out whats wrong

my son is 4 and still can't get out. at all.

Well if shes entertained she wont try to wiggle out.. Think about it

If you had her in correctly, then she couldn't get out in the first place.

Think about it.  

All I'm saying is, I'm tired of people bitching about keeping their kids entertained. Entertainment is the last thing to think about when your kid is in their car seat.
My kids scream bloody murder sometimes because they don't like being in their seat, but guess what, they're safe and they're gonna stay that way.
Turn the music up and ignore her if she whines.

omg one day i forgot the bottom clip. i had the dog and SO was driving me nuts and i didn't even realize. we went like 2 miles and he was like "hey mom! you didn't do this part" ugh.

We won't talk about forgetting.   My moment still makes me want to kick myself over and over and over again.

That's not true at all!!! My daughter has her straps so tight I can't hardly fasten them and she still pulls down the chest clip and wiggles her little arms right out of the straps. I have tightened them over and over and she still does this no matter how tight I get them, so OP I feel you and I don't have any recommendations.

We don't have chest clips on our carseats. o_O they look so unsafe.

OP my daughter did this too, I had to keep telling her to put her arms back though, it took a bit but it worked, now she doesn't do it.
