Can i shave yet ?

Im 4 weeks postpartum . 3 days after i had my daughter i dropped a blood clot the size of a grape fruit , and it seperated my stitches a little .
well , it didnt really affect me too much . and when i went to the doctors about my blood clot my OBGYN checked me and she said my stitches looked good and even tho they were a little seperated they would heal right ..
well , i hate having a hairy vag . and i really wanna shave .
do you think it would be okay to ?
i just dont wanna risk getting a infection or anything .
& im not bleeding anymore !

I shaved, I just kinda stayed clear of the stitches area.

they are pretty much healed .

Just be careful, obviously lol.

Hell, I didn't even want to touch my lady parts to shave until I gathered up the courage six weeks PP because I was scared I was gonna find a gaping hole or something. Obviously that was ridiculous but it still scared me

i was always scared the razor would cut one of the stitches and i would need to have them touched up

Ugh this is making me cringe because I had to be cut.

I would just do the bikini area for now and get it all in another month

I didn't cut or tear either so I figured I can't have got away lightly and I'd find something horrible down there. I did actually find out at my 6 week check I have a cyst on my vaginal wall. I knew it was too good to be true...
