Ouch. That could be a hemorrhoid- they can be in that area and tend to be pretty bad when they are. I would definitely go get it checked out though!

Def go get it checked out. My doctor checked for something along the lines of that when I was having colon issues....

This or an internal boil infection....I had one right inside my vag on the side of my urethral tube...I had to have it surgically removed to avoid serious urethral infection. I would go see you Dr ASAP.

mine was infected .. 3 weeks of packing my own ass.. with nasty ass pus smell.. one time the pain was so bad i lanced it my self until i could go to the dr.. most pain in my whole life (honestly it hurt worse then a c section lol_)
