And to the ladies who suggested I wait until he's calm to give him anything, that's what we've been working on. I just cave, and I know he knows he will eventually get what he wants. That's a big problem. It's just emotionally/mentally taxing listening to the screaming. I clearly need to work on that lol.

I have broke down and just screamed to let out frustration..lol I hate to do it but sometimes it drives me crazy. My 4 year old tells me some days when I am really grumpy that momma needs a nap..lol And I don't mean scream at the child but walk into another room and just let out a scream..lol

I know exactly what you mean. There have been times where I've walked away from him while he was screaming only for him to follow me and continue to scream at me. I locked the bathroom door behind me during one of his fits, just hoping I could piss in peace. He then started slamming himself against the door and screaming so I just screamed with him, lol.

My 3 1/2 year old whines and pouts (with his arms crossed), but I seriously think he whines because his sister throws tantrums over EVERYTHING (she'll be 2 in a few days). So because he watches her, he whines. And he started this whole whining thing just a couple months. It seriously came out of nowhere.
I'll taking him whining over his sister's tantrums anyday, At least I can somewhat reason with the 3 year old.
