Zoloft users question?1

My doc put me on Zoloft 50mg a day starting yesterday or horrible anxiety. I've never taken anything like this before and I took it lastnight at 7 and was sleepy I had to go to bed at 8:30 and woke up today at 9 and elt so hungover for almost 3 hours! Is this normal? I also was ver sick to my stomach lastnight and all morning.

I took zoloft I don't remember the mg but I do know it didn't do anything to me. Didn't make me sick or drowsy...

That's what happens to me when they up my dosage (and when they started me on it. My dr said to take it right before going to bed for a couple of weeks while it builds up in your system, then the groggyness and drowsyness should go away

Thank goodness I was worried I had to stop taking it already and find something else. I will give it some time and see what happens...How long did it take for you to notice a change in your moods/stress/anxiety or whatever you took it for?

about 2 weeks for me to notice....it was close to a month before everyone else really noticed an improvement tho
