I saw something on Pinterest about growing long hair and how to make it healthy. One of the steps was to start taking Biotin and Fish Oil. I'm not really a vitamin taker, but occasionally I do take a multi-vitamin.
I found some fish oil at the $ store and it calls for 3 times per day. If I took a multi on top of that, would that be too much? Is there such thing as too much of one vitamin? Also, do dollar store vitamins differ from $10 bottles?
