Just let her know that whether or not you get stretchmarks is based a lot on your genetics, then tell her good luck in the future because she's smurfed.

im the opposite when im tanned they are more noticeable. casue the actual stretch mark doesnt tan so it stands out more.

Oh. Typical teenager, my sisters have made comments about mine too. I laughed at them and told them, their time is coming. Stretch marks are hereditary.

I have them on my pubic area   My belly button never did anything weird.

I used to wear alot of one piece sexy nighties that covered my tummy to help my self esteem and to feel more sexy

I really was uneducated about how much pregnancy/child birth screws your body up. lol
I was 237 when I delivered and I am down to 195 (5lbs less than pre pregnancy weight) and my pants from before I got pregnant don't fit   It's like my hips and ass are 3x bigger even with the weight loss.

Lol. Yep. My youngest sister is especially in for it. She's teeny and the women in our family get HUGE when they're pregnant.

I told her that  
My mom has horrible stretch marks, I knew I was doomed.

She thinks lotion will prevent them.. no.

thats hilarious! My mom has them too. So iknew id get them as well. My sister in law just had a baby her mom has a couple but she got none and like 2 weeks later was in a bikini and looked like she had a 6 pack! i could almost kill her. haha

Mine are weird. They start right above my belly button, then there is a circle around my belly button. I have a bunch of tiny ones in that area, then it kind of spreads out. They stop at my pants line. Luckily they're silver, but I wrinkled granny belly. It's pretty gross lol. Oh and my belly button popped out around 22 weeks.

I began using Bio Oil and and cocoa butter from like 10 weeks? Still got 'em. The only thing I can thank them for is keeping the itching and burning away that most women complain about as their belly grows. It also helped with fading, my stretch marks had hardly any color left once I delivered.
