THis is my husband and I's first Christmas in our own place and our first Christmas with our son. He will be roughly 11 months. We decided to stick with a smaller table top tree that he wont be able to get to. They are only like 20-30 bucks which isn't bad and it still gives you that option of a tree. I think the wall idea is rather cool though, if your girls are all for it then i say go for it. I think the decision is left with you and what you think would be best for the kids (:
