The weight I want.????? I'm a go crazy

I been feeling really bad about my body it's crazy. I'm 2 kids pp almost a year pp from my second. I not fat and I'm not what I use to be but I'm damn close to it. I'm 127. I feel so gross when I look down at my self I see my belly and for some reason I see it as if I have a bump or bloated I see my legs n thighs to big. I see my self in photos and I'm happy with what I see but when I look down at my self I don't like it if that makes any since. I'm started to work out i grab smaller plates because the smaller the plate the less food you eat . I just ate it when I shower and look down I think wow I'm getting big and blah blah

Try not to think unhealthy, you know? Maybe you just need to tone up? I know there was a big difference for me after I toned up and was still about the same weight, huge difference in my eyes.

I feel your pain. I am 5'5 and 135. When i work out i dont go much below 135 but if i dont work out 135 is a mushy mess

Yea I like what I see when I look at a photo of me but when I see my self in person I don't like it for some reason.

I'm 5'5" and about 135 too and for the most part it's fine but yeah, I've got to stay toned or I'm super unhappy about it. Especially my love handles, even though DH loves them

I like jillian micheals kick boxing its alot cardio makes fast improvements. Now i am 8 weeks pregnant and too tired to workout.

That's me less then a month ago I'm happy with what I see but when I see it in person I don't like it I don't see what I see in a picture in person if that makes any sence

I kinda feel like that too! I feel like I look okay in pics, but I feel like I need a LOT of toning in person. I basically have done a ton of cardio in the past. Now I'm trying ChaLean Extreme to tone up. Weightlifting is supposed to change the shape of your body, instead of just make it smaller like cardio.

Yea in person to my self I feel like I can tone up but if I take a picture right now I don't see my self the way I see my self in a picture I started doing letting things also walking home work outs and such running

same here!! my tummy gets gross SOOO damn fast! if i stop exercising, it just goes to hell.. i hate it
