Weird pain in my Vajayjay!?

Okay, so I wasn't going to post a topic about this BUT the pain hasn't subsided... At all... I have been having this weird pressure like pain down in my vagina. It feels like my vagina is swollen and it is throbby like sore feeling. It is very unusual. I don't remember ever having this feeling with my two other pregnancies either. So is it maybe because the baby is close to being born or that she is just putting pressure on my cervix? I am really not sure. Last week my doctor said she wasn't that low so I am just kind of curious what this feeling is and why. I have 4 days until my due date and tomorrow is my next appointment so I guess I will find out more then... Hm.

I have that pain also and my Doctor also told me my baby is engaged.

Okay, thanks. So maybe that's what that feeling is. My baby is engaged an possibly ready to come soon. I have had it for like 3 days now today would be 4. My appointment is at 7:50 in the morning so hopefully he can tell me more. =)

A baby can drop at anytime. She could have been high last week, but she could have dropped in a matter of hours. The pain is from the pressure of the baby, though. It could mean birth is coming or....it could mean you have a 6-9 lb baby resting on your private parts. (:

I had my second sweep yesterday and ever since than I am having trouble walking without feeling like my baby is falling out, tons of pressure, and sharp pains now.

Awe no! That cannot be good! You are not going into labor, just having crampy sharp pains? That seriously sucks. I am considering getting a sweep done tomorrow morning. My appointment is at 7:50am I am just so weird of it making me feel worse rather than it helpin put me into labor! I hope you can go into labor soon. I couldn't imagine.. =( Mine is just a weird swollen pressure it is really annoying.

Well if you get one done I hope it works for you, I had two and so far im still pregnant. I been doing nipple stimulation and tons of walking, im getting lots of contractions, but they always space out and go away. It doesnt really hurt that bad either, just a little bit of pressure and it only takes a few seconds, good luck!

Were you dilated and effaced at all when they attempted to do it? I was told the more kids you have and the more dilated & effaced you were the better your chances are of it working. But who knows! I guess we'll see my due dye is on Sunday so hopefully my baby will come soon! LoL Yours is only 3 days after so good luck to you as well! =)

My first sweep I was 3cm and this last one I was at 4, this is my 6th child and my longest pregnancy. I hope it works to, it didnt the first time and they say if it doesnt happen withen 48 hours than it probably wont so hopefully by tomorrow morning.
