I did the last two mornings but forgot today, I try to do it before I drink my coffee. I still put a splash of creamer in my coffee but picked up the fat free kind yesterday. And I can't stand green tea except before bed I drink some sleepy time. SO I have been doing black tea, and the water is so hard yesterday and the day before I could only choke down 5 glasses.
My weight on Wednesday (don't remember time) 194.5
My weight this AM 189.5. I am sure it is all water weight but hey it is a start.
Breakfast I had a Quiche stuffed tomato (Tomato with a couple leaves spinach, a couple mushrooms and less than a half cup of egg beaters) and coffee
Lunch I mixed together some greek yogurt and some newmans own light balsalmic vinegarette (basically Olive oil and balsalmic vinegar) and it made a ranch-y taste. I used that for Broccoli, Cauliflour and Carrots.
And I just had some pineapple tidbits (LO ate all of my apples last night and today so I have to get some more.
I ate a can of tuna on the side too.
Tonight I am going to make smothered chicken breast for SO and LO with cheese. and mine will just be with mushrooms and onions. Not so sure for a veggie for us. And I will probably have some FF Cottage Cheese then too.
