On this particular subject , yes you are.

What kills me... is you sound like you're just spewing your dads views. My sister does the same. It's awful. If she would actually listen to me and open her mind, she'd more than likely realize she's more liberal than anything.

You're a SAHM, yes? So why are you complaining about what others do? YOU are not paying taxes in order for them to receive aid. So you have absolutely no say in the matter

I don't know what it's like because I haven't done it before. I won't ever do it. I'll be a WAHM. But I could imagine that it's not very easy.

And stop arguing about what job is harder. Everything is hard -- it's life. You'd complain if you had to work, you complain because you have to go to school, you complain because you have to stay home. WE GET IT. It's hard. Welcome to motherhood. But one is not more difficult than the other. Both are stressful and very demanding jobs.

I agree completely, it's all hard. However I'm gonna let her know that just because I'm a SAHM doesn't mean I sit on my ass all day and do nothing..

The last part was from my dad the first part was all from me. and yeah I think I have as much of a say as someone working my DH pays in taxes every week to support these people. But like I said under certain circumstances I don't care like fidelis brought up the other thread she is one of the many who should be able to stay home with no judgement

Well I don't care to be smart on this subject. School is what I am concerned about being smart in...and I am. So I'm good.

I know that   You have to run around with the kiddos all day AND maintain the house. It's hard.

Your DH pays taxes. Not you. You aren't out there working every day. So... no. You contribute absolutely nothing to people who are on government aid.

It's not that hard to imagine. Women who work that get weekends off know exactly what it will be like. It will be like getting a weekend every day of the week. That basically is sitting on your ass all day.

Wow you are very ignorant. Yes good for her to look for a job. Like I stated last night not really into payin 475$ a week to someone who I don't know or trust and knowing she won't get the care she gets at home I can't do it sorry

I think it's important to be able to have my space and not feel like I have to stay at home all day and take care of my son. I love him to pieces, but I need my space too.

Nooo. Being a SAHM mom and being a working mom are not on the same level....Staying at home with a child... especially if it's just one is much easier. After my baby is born, I am going to be home for 3 months. I know I am going to die of boredom.
