0 to 1.5 cm in a week

So i was just wanting to know how quick you all dilated in the last few weeks of pregnancy.. I went from 0 to 1.5 cm dilated and 75 % effaced in just a week.. My doc really thinks im gonna have her early but im not getting my hopes up just yet. I know that each woman/pregnancy is different but i'd just like to know about your pregnancy and how quickly you effaced/dilated. 

My friend was 1cm at 36 weeks then 2 by 37 weeks then 3 by 38 weeks. Her baby didn't come early

1 at 28 and 5 by 39 i had him a day before his due date.
