30 ds results so far.

Not alot to report. 7 lbs down and 16 inches total in 30 days.i would have made more progress but Halloween got in the way of things..i have my tubal on Friday, and about a week after that I'm gonna start my ripped in 30 and have a better meal plan...can't wait to share my results in 30 days!

Way to go!!! I loved 30ds. Ri30 has a lot of planking and was too much on my already injured shoulder  .

I love the shred too but I'm not even sweating anymore even doing Natalie doesn't make me sweat lol i hope the ripped in 30 does me some good!

Lol thanks.that was a total count for the whole body.but I'm still proud!

Great work on the 30DS! I lost 13 lbs on it, but I bet I could have lost more if I disciplined myself more in my diet.
