endometritis question!

I ended up with endometritis after having my baby. I'm 11 days postpartum now and been on the antibiotics for 5 days now. I was taking 800mg of ibuprofen so there was no pain so I thought I was better so today I didn't take the ibuprofen and I was in pain so I had to take it again. How long is this going to take to go away. I haven't missed the antibiotic. I'm still having red bleeding. The ultrasound they did on my uterus 5 days ago said there were some clots in there but they didn't seem too worried.
