Were all of your children petite? Just really curious.

I only have one child by birth. But she is 2.5 and 21 lbs. I was the same, my sister was the same, and my mom and brother were also the same.

No! My oldest DD is only 23 pounds at age 2! But she has always been in the lower percentile and had little chicken legs. My youngest DD I figured would be the same but nope, she's chunkier than ever.

Did her Pedi label her "Failure to Thrive"?

No because she was 50th percentile till she was 1. Then she started sloping off and now she is like 2nd percentile for weight and 14th for height. But she is healthy and eats more than I do. SO there isn't really concern I guess.

Oh okay, see my daughter stayed in the same percentile and is healthy to me, but they still labeled her FFT. I don't get it..I kind of want to change her Pedi...

all 5 of my babies were ''petite''(born between 37-39wks) biggest, 6lb 14oz...smallest 5lbs 11oz) all around the 10th percentile and stayed petite till well into elementry school .dr said #6 will not be ''petite'' , she was measuring in the 65th percentile at 36wk sonogram.

If you think your pedi is off, switch! When DD was 4 months old, I got an earful from the pedi for her being obese at 13 lbs.

it did scare me & she was breech....thankfully she flipped back head down but dr is going to induce me this weekend if she doesnt come on her own. Since i have never birthed a baby over 7lbs , he is afraid she will get to big for me to deliver vaginally because i have a narrow pelvis.

Both of my kids are very little. My daughter is five and wears a size 2 but 4-5 for length (pants). My son is almost 3 and still in 12 month clothing. She weighs 17kg and he weighs 12kg.

They were both term babies and were big babies when born, she was: 3.9kg and he was 4.1kg.

DD is petite, DS has always been enormous. Yet oddly enough DD weighed more at birth

She wasn't labeled as failure to thrive but I think it came close to that, had she not put on a bit of weight.

DD was a good weight when she was born. 7 lbs 2 oz and 18 3/4 inches long she will be 2 in a few weeks and she is about 20 Lbs and 31ish inches long. She was reflux baby and has a floppy airway. Just have a lot of questions with the next one which I know there isn't a way of knowing til they get here.

Nope.
My son was 7LB 12 oz at birth and was average weight/height when he was a baby. Compared to other kids his age, he's not teeny tiny, but he's a small kid.
Madilynn, on the other hand, was bigger at birth 9LB 6oz and is still big. She doesn't look chubby, but she still have lots of rolls on her arms. She just looks stock.
They're 19 months apart and they either weigh the same or she's a teeny bit heavier.
