I would bet money it's fake. You can report the seller to ebay and file a claim with PayPal I think. I'm sorry  

I reported the seller. Trying to cancel it or get a refund through paypal or something. ...lesson learned.

glad you ladies could spot a fake bc I sure as heck couldn't even comparing the babiesrus one to it. I just got a msg from the seller refunding it all   tg.

Do any of you know of any good places to buy them? $120 is kinda steep.. any other places cheaper? Even a good used one would do fine. THANKS so much ladies!

There are a few on here: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.340606202636428&type=1 in the SSC album. I'd ask for receipts if possible, but generally anything that looks like a fake in pictures gets questioned enough to be taken down. There are also a ton of other babywearing options in that group
