I'm not necessarily doing a "diet" so much as just watching my portions and cutting out high calorie,fat and preservative foods. I'm going to cut red meat and only eat fish and chicken, lots of saldas and water.
The videos I'm doing is Ten Minute Trainer. It's by Beachbody and the guy who does P90X. I do 3 10-min segments a day
I plan on working out Monday & Tuesday, taking a break on Wednesday, and working out Thursday and Friday and resting the weekend.
