For a friend "pregnant with tubes tied?"

Is it possible? Can't you have ectopic pregnancies or something? She said her period only lasted for a day and a half and she's been really tired and nauseas and has been getting light headed a lot.

It's a lot more likely to be ectopic if her tubes are tied. She should get that checked out ASAP.

She needs to go in if she thinks she's pregnant. Could be tubal pregnancy

Yes and no. One day you might test and it says positive and the next it says negative. That is usually a good sign of ectopic pregnancy also.
