Want to lose weight..

but I have no time and energy between my 8 weeks old, 4 year old, keeping up with my house, getting back in school, and woking..

How do you mamas find time to lose your pregnancy weight? What do you do?

I counted calories and worked out. Counting calories alone and cutting out sugar really helped a lot.

When you figure that out let me know. My 2 will be 1 and 5 in a month and 2 months and I still have no time to work out. However I dieted for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs and now I'm stuck

cut down on sugar, and dont eat any empty carbs - so no pasta or white bread, stuff like that. It will melt off! I guarantee it, you wont even have to work out

I get up an hr before my kids and work out.

myfitnesspal.com really helped me lose the weight when I was stuck at a weight I didn't like for over a year (even with working out 4-6 days a week).

This, too! I love that it helps you to determine how many calories you SHOULD be taking in and that you can track every single thing you eat or drink throughout the day.

It really opened my eye's to how many uneccesary calories I was consuming....waaaay too much..

OMG, me too. I was taking in almost 600 extra calories a day! At my height, I'm only supposed to take in 1200 every day.

I was eating way more than that, lmao. My regular meal at Taco bell was like 1200 cal's just by itself   I try to stick to 1800 now to maintain my weight and I also work out 5 days a week.
