Working out

How long after having a c-section did you start working out again? I can't wait until I can go to the gym again!

2 months is when I went back to work but I didn't start working out for another month after that. I'm sure I could have started at least walking sooner but I didn't really care that much.

Ahh I'm gonna talk to my OB tomorrow, I'm pretty sure it's still too early for me but I'm so ready  I'm only 11 days pp

Yeah, I mean, it's going to be at least 6 weeks, except MAYBE walking. But like you said, ask your OB first.

I was told to wait 6 weeks. After 6 weeks if your up to it you can but I wasnt up to anything until he was about 12 weeks

Ugh ! I figured it'd be 6 weeks. I'm more than ready to get to working out again, but my dang body has to heal lol.
