Delayed periods?

What are some things that could cause your period to be 4-5 days late and way more painful and crampy than usual when it finally does show up?

Stress. Not eating right.

PCOS? I've got it & if/when on the rare occasion my cycles were regular enough to track then it would be like that a lot of times. Other than that, sorry I don't have any other ideas.

Idk, I'm usually always like clockwork to within a day or two. I tested twice, negative. Then my period came and I seriously feel cramps on the front when it's usually the back and I just wanna die.

Ovarian cysts, possibly?

I guess I should go get checked. Should I make an appointment for after AF is gone, or do you think they'd want it to be happening while I'm still in pain?
