pork stew?

Do I need to brown the pork first or will it cook if I boil it.

It will cook, I like to saute mine a bit in some olive oil covered in flour first with spices in it, just to brown it, then I add everything elses after.

You can boil it.It'll fall apart on its own it you boil it long enough.

Sweet. Less work.
