i dont think she can either. she said she would get a second morgage which she said was about 50k to take us to court. all this stuff got really bad when she had to move in with grandma in law. this woman also calls grandma in law a bitch a bar whore etc and talks bad about aunt. they have been really supportive up until his mom started her crap. i think the things she says are hurtful and she says them in front of dd which is wrong.

sounds like she wants to protect her granddaughter from an awful mother. people dont just take second mortgages out on their homes and give up everything they have to try to get custody of a child because they dislike the mom, or hate breastfeeding...

for those who care mil showed up at the end while so was there. she told him that she said nothing wrong and was in the right. so said no mom what you said was messed up and she had the right to defend herself. she said well i was talking about you too. he said yeah i know im still not very happy about it. he said that you can only take so much b4 someone blows up. i feel good knowing that so defended him and me. if he can keep that up and not let his mom start crap or hurt dd then id for sure let him take sophie to see them. and btw so's grandma and aunt are really great people but mil is very manipulative and lives there atm. she likes to stir the smurf stick. mil kicked out so at 18 and his grandma became his mom basically. and those that say im lying or crazy whatever thats fine. i have messages from other family members confirming the type of person she is. grandma in law even said that mil is a liar and doesnt know what happened to her. my goal is to protect my child and keep sane.
