Have a yummy FRENCH TOAST recipe? (or anything breakfast)

I've never made it before, and i really dislike most breakfast foods  
Buuuut my kids want breakfast for dinner tonight, so thought i'd go all out with it,
especially since last time we were at their nana & papa's, my mom sent me home with homemade mini bread loafs

how cute will mini french toast be?  

Sooo anyone have any good french toast recipes?
We'll also have turkey bacon, sausage, bananas & peaches.
Any other breakfast yummies?

Bread......Eggs/cinnamon....fry. Hahahah.

Just make sure you have cream cheese icing for the french toast...That is happiness on a plate!

i just mix up eggs, with a little bit of milk then but cinnamon(SP?) and sugar in it
then dip the bread in and cook it

  that sounds intense! i was just gonna get some fruit syrup 'n powder sugar  

we do a cup of flour a cup of sugar and 1 egg and milk then i add a little cinnamin. Its really good

I wanted to make chocolate chip ones (for me, not the kids  ) do you know how i'd go about that? or would it have to be bread that already has chocolate chips in it?

oh yes, i was reading that with added flour it makes it more "fluffy"

It's almost like a cinnamon bun, but better...I found my recipe, it's really easy to do:

1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups icing sugar (And then add to personal taste...my recipe calls for 6, but that's way to sweet for me)
And add a half cup of whipped cream for some extra flavor.

do ijust make it like i would a sandwich, and then dip it in the egg mix?
