Yeah, you would make it like a grilled cheese sandwich. Just dip the one side of the bread into the egg mixture (obviously the side that touches the pan.. lol), I put my cream cheese onto the bread before dipping, I wasn't thinking one morning and putting a spread onto soggy bread doesn't work. lol.
