Baby Shower

My baby shower's coming up in a couple weeks, and I know next to nothing about it, since my Sister in law has taken over the planning...However, I do get to pick the theme!  

And of course, I can't decide. The ones I've come up with are:
Paris (Extremely classy theme...)
Butterflies
Teddy Bear Picnic
Zebra (Which is soo classy as well)

I cannot decide which one to do! Ugh...And then my SIL told me to put together a wish list for the baby shower...Things that I want but wouldn't necessarilly buy on my own...And of course I have no idea what to ask for...So my second question is if there is anything that isn't essential for a baby, but is really nice to have?

Have you made a baby registry? Go to a local store and register for items - you will find everything you need/want/desire. First, get the basics. Diapers, wipes, clothes, bathe items, blankets, car seat, stroller, some kind of bouncy seat or swing. I thought a boppy was nice to have - not only for breastfeeding but to place the baby on when you need to go do something or to use as tummy time as the baby gets a little bigger. You won't need a highchair for a few months but maybe get one that is easy to store or converts into something else as well. Good luck and congrats!
