I think I'm starting yet another yeast infection. TMI I know, but I have been run rampant with them since I was pregnant and gave birth to my son in January. I think I'm starting my 4th one this year. I've been to the doctors already, already did STD tests, which came back negative, I personally knew I didnt have one but did one just to rule it out. I think it may be my diet quite frankly. I hate drinking water, I usually drink soda. I do usually drink beer, usually I have about 2 a night once the boys are sleeping. I eat alot of sweets and sugar so I suppose that doesnt help. I"m going to try the yeast free diet and see if that helps.

So which one works best in your opinion? Is the 1 day just as effective as the 7 day one? Has anyone tried the yeast free diet??

None.

I use sugar-free plain yogurt as a cream (inside the vag) and it takes care of it within 2 days.

I use 7. Only because that's what my doctor recommends.

it depends on how bad it is. I usually go with the three. if you dont catch it early enough you need the 7. i would skip the 1 completely.

Yeah its not bad at all. I just starting to feel like Im getting one. Maybe I'll do the 3 day one.
