Thanksgiving, your faves!

I want to hear what is your favorite. It doesn't have to be one dish. It could be your favorite bite. Lol. Lets hear 'em!
I'm going to be like 38 weeks pregnant on Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday. And I am hoping to God I can eat all I want! lol.
My favorite is, Turkey, mashed potatoes, with the gravy from the Turkey and canned cranberry jelly. All on one bite. With MAYBE a bite of a crescent roll. mmmmmm, I want it now!!
Gogogogo!

My turkey is crack!
I marinate my turkey for 48 hours in the pioneer woman's favorite brine, (google it)
then coat the bird on both sides of the skin with a compound butter of rosemary, thyme, salt, peper and garlic
shove an apple, onion and cinimon stick that has been nuked on high for 30 seconds in the cavity along w/ any remaining herbs. Roast as normal for about 4 hours.
