I tore with my first which was a LONG time ago lol she's almost 17 now . But thinking back. I had the same pains in the same places mostly due to bruising as well as the stitches. I didn't get infection but did have some yellowish discharge as well. If I were you tho I'd go and get checked out just in case. My friend did have an infection and I remember her telling me the pain felt worse instead of better . She left it till she had full blown symptoms and actually had it so bad by then that it passed to her baby in the breast milk.
If they tell you it's not an infection try freezing a pad and putting it on for a few minutes I found it helped with the all around soreness. Good luck!!

Oh god I didn't think about passing it to LO... If it's not better by tomorrow I'm gonna call the midwife and get her to come check it out. If not, I'll go to the docs. Thanks for the advice!

awe try not to worry that was a worse case for her and the baby had to have meds . He had the runs really bad . took about 5 days to clear him up. For her it was a lot longer nearly 2 months give or take if my memory is right.
Yeah it really is better to check it out and not have the extra worry. By the way your baby is adorable!!!

Lol dunno how I'd tell with DS, his poos are always runny   I'm sure MW is meant to check stitches and stuff just in case, but she's pretty lax about everything.. i ask her if things are normal and she just says yes without even lookin at them :S Still, she got us this far lol. Hopefully she knows what she's on about

lol Make her look ! I was thinking my friends little one had like 8 to 10 poos which was A lot and runny like pee not like normal poo lol sorry if it's TMI
I stayed with her when she told me about the infection to help with the baby. I have 2 girls and my first boy is 17 months he is a real charmer ! I'm having another boy so CAN"T wait . I was scared when they told me boy the first time as I have 2 teen girls and didn't really have a lot of experience with boys. Now I have to smile at that because he's so much more cuddly and laid back. They were little firecrackers in comparison hahah

Naw, poor thing   DS's are normal, I just worry far too much   Miss doom and gloom, that's me lol. Gosh two teenage girls, how do you cope? I want three, but two boys with a girl between   I dunno how I would handle two girls lol i hear they're a LOT harder than boys. Congrats on your second lil man too! Hopefully he's as laid back and his big brother  

I hear ya I worry about everything LOL I don't know grew up in a family where you were prepared for the worse but hoping for the best, must have stuck with me   I was a lot younger with the girls 18 with my first and 21 with my second. They were go go go into everything all the time . They are awesome young ladies today. my boy really is night and day different .. now with not quite 2 years between the boys I'm wondering if I'll stay lucky or in for trouble lol
