I did, and a few of the girls I know did as well.

Colostrum is just a filler for your newborn until your milk comes in. My milk came in 3 days after birth. Just relax.   Just nurse on demand. Also, pumping is not an indication on how much you produce. Your baby is good at sucking, and finding more than a pump can. Don't take supplements if you absolutely don't have to. Over supply issues suck more than under supply.

I'm jealous lol I am a 42 DDD and it is horrible.

OP I don't think there is really anything you can take to improve lactation before birth. I would just wait and see what happens and if you see a decrease in supply then I would start taking something. You don't want to end up with an over supply it is horrible.

Thanks! This is my first so I'm really clueless... I thought your milk HAD to come in a few weeks before baby came, not really sure why, I guess just reading about the colostrum *which I know now is different* confused me and made me think that HAD to happen. I'll put the tea up and wait to see if I have issues
