Beth or Eliza!

Beth or Lizzy.... but more Beth, IMO.

I don't like Liz so much.

Elizabeth is my middle name. My mom calls all of her kids by their middle names and they called me Beth.

My nieces name is Elizabeth and we call her Lizzy

I got tired of explaining to everyone in school how my mom calls everyone by their middle names and just started using my first name, Sarah. My mom and family and close friends from when I was younger call me Beth but majority of people call me Sarah.

My brothers are Richard Alexander, David Daniel, Aaron Benjamin and they go by Alex, Danny and Ben  

Betty is also a nickname for Elizabeth

My SO's cousin gets called Betsy as a nickname for Elizabeth, I think it's cute.

Betty. Old school but I love it. Also, Ella.
