fighting sleep

ok, so ryker will be four old and here latley he has been fighting it, how do i get him to sleep?

My four year old son does it too here lately I have been getting him up earlier and giving him lots of good play time like playing outside. It helps but days that it rains and he can't play real hard I still have the problem too.

Four years or months?

a nice warm bath works for my little one , and then if she is still fighting she gets a head massage 

If he is four months old he might be hungry. Or just rock him a little bit

okay, it's months... pacifiers, singing to him, storybooks, lay him in bed next to you (like thisclose), baby einstiens movies, walk the house and tell him what you see, geez what else...

Ummm, white noises (vaccume, heat/air) pretend your snooring by him (swear it works for me!)

If all fails and he's CRYING (like pain) tylenol... or teething tablets.

Sometimes my son will not want to go to sleep, if he's over stimulated, and I literally have to rock him for like 30 minutes and then he falls asleep.  He's 5 months.  If you don't have a rocking chair, you could try walking him around.  He'll scream for a while but he'll eventually get there.

You could put him in the car and go for a little drive. I know riding in the car usually puts my kids to sleep.

Yep my Emily will be 3 mts. on the 8th of June and she fights sleep. She does not show signs of being sleepy then boom and away goes the legs and arms and squaling! She is overtired and fighting! I just walk the floor swaying her and usually she will go out.
